Mar egy ideje figyelem a felparazslo vitat, hozzatennek meg egy-ket
fahasabot :-)
A szepseg egyreszt szubjektiv dolog, de ez nem jelenti azt, hogy teljesen
esetleges lenne. Erosen befolyasolja az eppen aktualis helyi kultura
(divat, kozizles, stb.). Pl. a nyugati vilagban manapsag a nadszalkarcsu
no a (media, reklamok, stb. altal nyomatott) ideal, de csak par evtizede
is ez meg maskepp volt. Es mellesleg a vilag nagy reszen ma is a telt no
az ideal, akkor is ha errol mi nem tudunk. Tavaly olvastam az Indexen pl.
hogy valahol Afrikaban helyi orszagos szepsegversenyt rendeztek es a
gyoztes holgy emlekeim szerint 117 kilot nyomott ;-)
Es ez mar elvezet a szepseg masik, biologiai-genetikai osszetevojehez. A
szepseg kulso, lathato jelei (pl. noknel gombolyded formak, csillogo
hosszu haj, hibatlan bor stb.) jelzesek arrol, hogy a viselojuk
egeszseges, joltaplalt, ereje teljeben van. Tehat alkalmas arra, hogy
gyereket kihordjon es felneveljen. Ferfiak eseteben az izmos test, jo
tartas, magabiztos fellepes stb. valoszinusiti, hogy az illeto kepes
megszerezni csaladjanak a napi betevot es ervenyesulni a hordatarsak
kozott, amivel nagy elonyhoz juttatja leszarmazottait is. Tehat annak a
hattereben, hogy osztonosen szep emberekkel szeretnenk parkapcsolatba
lepni (ezt mar eleg alaposan vizsgaltak pl. szocialpszichologusok, ugyhogy
nagyjabol tenynek tekintheto), van egy egyszeru genetikai program: a
genjeink oroklesenek es tulelesi eselyeinek maximalizalasa.
Ebbol a szempontbol jo ha szem elott tartjuk, hogy evmilliokon keresztul
mindnyajunk osei voltak annyira szepek, hogy parhoz jussanak es a
genjeiket rank orokitsek. A genjeink - es az altaluk meghatarozott kulso
jegyeink, adottsagaink - sok millio eves folyamatos szepsegverseny
gyoztesei...

A szepsegnek a kulso formakon kivul a belso ertekek, az erzelmi vilagunk,
az enunk is resze. Sot, a ketto nem valaszthato el. Valtoztathatunk a
kulso megjelenesunkon, meglehetosen tag keretek kozott. Lefogyhatunk,
meghizhatunk, festhetjuk es nyir(at)hatjuk a hajunkat, szorgalmas edzessel
megnoveszthetjuk az izmainkat, megvaltoztathatjuk a jarasunkat, a
mozgasunkat, extrem esetben plasztikai sebeszetet is igenybe vehetunk...
ez kozvetve mind a belso vilagunk (ertekeink, elvarasaink, eletmodunk)
hatasa a kulso megjelenesunkre.
De a legkozvetlenebb hatast megis a sajat belso hogyletunk gyakorolja a
megjelenesunkre. Ha kulonlegesen jo napunk van, tele vagyunk energiaval,
delcegen es lenduletes leptekkel kozlekedunk, sugarzo mosolyunk
mindenkiben bizalmat ebreszt es mindenre kepesnek erezzuk magunkat - es
emiatt tenyleg tobbre is vagyunk kepesek. Egy rossz napon gornyedt hattal
vanszorgunk, esetleg meg az emberek tekintetet is keruljuk (ami rossz
erzest kelt bennuk), cinikus vagy szarkasztikus megjegyzeseket eregetunk
mindenfele es azt az erzesunket, hogy a vilag osszeeskudott ellenunk,
bizony meg is erzik a korulottunk levok, es ontudatlanul ellensegesebben
viszonyulnak hozzank.

Szoval erdemes az onsimeretre es a gondolataink feletti uralom
megszerzesere idot forditani, minden szepsegpraktika kozul ez a legolcsobb
es hosszu tavon ez hajtja a legtobb hasznot :-)
